Our platform integrates with Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon's Advertising API to provide analytics, inventory management, advertising optimization, and repricing tools to Amazon sellers, brands, and agencies.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information: Name, email address, company name, and password when you register for the Service.

  • Contact information: Information you provide when you contact us for support or inquiries.

  • Payment information: Billing details processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.

2.2 Amazon Seller Data (SP-API)

When you connect your Amazon Seller Central account to Magnificent Store LLC, we access the following data through Amazon's Selling Partner API, as authorized by you:

  • Order history, order status, and order detail data

  • Product catalog data, including ASINs, SKUs, listings, and pricing

  • Inventory levels, FBA shipments, and warehouse data

  • Financial reports and settlement data

  • Customer return and refund data

  • Seller account performance metrics

This data is accessed solely to provide and improve the features of the Magnificent Store LLC platform as described in our service terms. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the Service.

2.3 Amazon Advertising Data (Advertising API)

When you connect your Amazon Advertising account, we access the following data through Amazon's Advertising API:

  • Advertising campaign structure, including campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and targets

  • Campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, spend, sales, ACoS, and ROAS

  • Search term reports and keyword data

  • Budget and bid settings

We use this data to display advertising performance reports and to execute automated bid and keyword management rules that you configure within the platform. We do not share advertising data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable law, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

2.4 Usage Data

We may collect standard server log and usage data, including IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the Service. This data is used to maintain platform security, diagnose technical issues, prevent fraud or misuse, and improve the user experience.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Magnificent Store LLC platform and its features

  • To display analytics dashboards, inventory data, and advertising reports to you

5. Amazon SP-API and Advertising API Data Use Policy

Magnificent Store LLC accesses and processes Amazon data in accordance with applicable Amazon policies and agreements, including:

  • Amazon's Selling Partner API Developer Agreement

  • Amazon's Selling Partner API Acceptable Use Policy

  • Amazon's Advertising API terms and applicable usage requirements

Specifically:

  • We do not use Amazon data to build products that improperly compete with Amazon.

  • We do not aggregate Amazon seller data from multiple sellers for the purpose of providing unauthorized data services to third parties.

  • We do not use Amazon data for targeted advertising to end consumers.

  • We request only the permissions and access scopes reasonably necessary to provide the features authorized by the seller.

  • We retain Amazon-derived data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service or satisfy applicable legal requirements.

  • Sellers may revoke our API access through their Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Advertising account settings at any time.

Revoking Amazon API access may disable features of the Service that depend on access to the connected Amazon account.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and Amazon-derived data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or misuse.

These safeguards may include:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS

  • Encryption of sensitive stored data where appropriate

  • Role-based access controls designed to limit data access to authorized personnel

  • Security reviews and vulnerability-management practices

  • Secure OAuth 2.0 token management for Amazon API connections

  • Access monitoring and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we use commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account remains active or as otherwise necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Amazon-sourced data may be retained for a period reasonably necessary to support historical reporting and other platform functionality, typically for up to 24 months unless a shorter period is required by applicable Amazon policies, applicable law, or a valid deletion request.

Certain information may be retained after a deletion request when required or permitted by law, necessary to comply with contractual obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Access: Request information about or a copy of personal data we hold about you.

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

  • Deletion: Request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and retention requirements.

  • Revocation: Revoke Amazon API access through your Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Advertising account settings.

Revoking Amazon API access will disable Service functionality that depends on access to the applicable Amazon account.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Service, data practices, legal obligations, or other operational requirements.
